If you aren't local to our area you may not know about the devastating tornadoes that touched down in our Tri-State area including Kentucky, Ohio & Indiana (plus many other states). I've never experienced something so close to home. I'm thankful for God's protection over friends of ours who live close and praying for those families who are dealing with the tragedy.
There are so many stories of so many familes that need prayer and uplifting during this time. I'm thinking of a little toddler girl who was found in Indiana without her four other family members. She is the sole survivor and still in intensive care. Please keep her in your prayers.
14 But you, God, see the trouble of the afflicted;
you consider their grief and take it in hand.
The victims commit themselves to you;
you are the helper of the fatherless.
