If you are new to the magazine, Making the Most of Monday is a regular part of our features. Mondays signify one important thing, a fresh start. It's like a new years resolution at the start of every week.
Hopefully by Monday you've taken some off time during the weekend to rejuvenate, spend quality time with loved ones and friends, which makes Monday your chance to really get to work and make the most of your week.
Well hello lovelies, how are you all? Are you making the most of this Monday? We're back to school this week so my schedule has completely changed here in blog-land. As you can tell, posts will be coming quite later in the day.
I mentioned organization awhile back and I haven't forgot about that. I've just been well, trying to get organized! One of the main goals I've had is to meal plan and prepare things ahead of time so that dinner time isn't so hectic around here. What about you? Are you a meal planner?
Among all of our back to school organization and getting things swinging in homeschool land, I've also been attached to a new read. Real Food on a Real Budget by Stephanie Langford. I'll be reviewing the book in full here as well as a GIVEAWAY! I can already tell you that I love it! It is full of great, great ideas and practical too. Just a heads up in case you'd like to go ahead and snag your own copy.
I've truly been inspired lately and have been having fun freezing (instead of canning) for the winter. As a matter of fact, I have a whole case of apples calling my name. - Toodles!
What are you doing to prepare for winter?
