Organic & Whole Living: Raw Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Chocolate and avocados you say, why yes. It is an unexpected combination for a delicious treat.  The first time I whipped up a batch of this yummy and healthy dessert, I almost fooled my husband 100%. He said the texture was slightly different but other than that he liked it. He couldn't put his finger on the "avocado" addition.  We love this as a special treat around here, and if you couldn't tell I'm a fan of chocolate.

Avacado Pudding Ingredients
 You'll Need:

2 Ripe Avocados

2-3 T Raw Cacao Powder

1/2 t Vanilla Extract

2-3T Maple Syrup or to taste (not considered raw, but you can substitute your sweetener of choice here)

2 T Chia Seeds

 

 

Avocado Pudding Finished
Process everything in your food processor until it becomes a smooth and creamy consistency (like regular pudding).Serve right away with a sprinkling of chia seeds  on top and an extra drizzle of maple syrup if you'd like.
