Organic & Whole Living: Homemade Blended Iced Mocha

So I have this thing for iced or blended coffee right now. The problem is that most of it is probably not healthy (I get decaf so baby isn't bouncing off my ribs) and most of it is not healthy for my budget! I thought I would try my hand at making something similar to my favorite coffee "bucks" place and try to satisify my cravings on a healthier and more budget friendly way.

So for you, I have my Blended Iced Mocha

What You'll Need:

1/4 Cup warm/hot water

2 t Instant Decaf Coffee, I use Trader Joe's ( or full caf)

1T Organic Sugar

1T Organic Trader Joe's Midnight Moo Chocolate Syrup

1/2 Cup of Almond Milk

1 Cup of ice (plus a few extra if you like it thick)

Splash of Organic Heavy Whipping Cream

Dissolve the instant coffee in your warm water. Add the remaining ingredients with the coffee to the blender and whip it up!

(ps. I can fill that glass up about 3 times with this recipe, maybe I need a bigger glass)
